Jerusalem Will Be The Capital City Of The World During The Reign Of Jesus.

1. •“Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion [Jerusalem] on the sides of the north, the city of the great King” (Psalms 48:2).
   

2. •“Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it. Many people shall come and say: Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; he will teach us his ways, and we shall walk in his paths. For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem” (Isaiah 2:2-3).
   

3. •“For the Lord of hosts will reign on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem and before his elders gloriously” (Isaiah 24:23).
   

4. •“At that time Jerusalem shall be called The Throne of the Lord, and all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the name of the Lord, to Jerusalem; they shall walk no more after the stubbornness of their evil heart” (Jeremiah 3:17).
   

5. •“My cities shall again spread out through prosperity; the Lord will again comfort Zion, and will again choose Jerusalem”

7. •“Yes, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the Lord of Hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the Lord” (Zechariah 8:22).
   

8. •“It shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of Hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles” (Zechariah 14:16).
   

9. •“But I say to you, do not swear at all: neither by heaven, for it is God’s throne; nor by the earth, for it is his footstool; nor by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King” (Matthew 5:34-35).
